Ideal for those who want to keep on top of the pressure as it can be seen clear across the boat or across a room. It is very accurate and very easy to set by just pressing a button and watching the dial. Comes in a metal case. Low battery level indicator shows under the pressure trend bar when needed. Manufactured in Bellingham, WA.
And that is that. Simple, easy to read, easy to set, and very accurate. See sample data from the Weather Jack device which uses the same pressure sensor. Our measurements show that the relatve and reproducible accuracy of the device is < 1mb, with +/- 0.5 mb as typical. This means that if you set the device to to a proper accurate pressue, all subsequent pressures read from the device will be accurate to within about +/- 0.5 mb. Mounts with convenient fastner rack on the back or... we have always just used adhesive velcro. Dimensions are: 8" x 3" x 1.5". The weight is 1.0 lbs. Note that this one does not record nor offer digital output, which is valuable in some applications, but is not required if one is recording the pressure at each logbook entry, which is a very good policy. |
