Return and cancellation policy

We are very proud to say that in over 25 years of doing business we have very rarely ever had an issue of product returns, short of gifts that were duplicated, wrong product ordered, or rare cases of shipment damage. Our online tours and product reviews do a thorough job of presenting the content and quality of our products. However, it is the policy of our online bank partner that we do establish and publish a written procedure we shall follow, which is:

Cancellation policy
If an order should be canceled by the customer before it is shipped, there would be no charge to your account.

Refund and guarantee policy
Products, other than software, can be returned (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in original packaging. Refunds would be posted within 2 business days of receipt of the returned product. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Individual software products, site licenses, and webcards can be refunded as above prior to registration. Terms of usage are explained in the License Agreements and also described in detail in the Registration topic of our Tech Support section.

Needless to say, a defective product of any type would be replaced by us immediately at no expense to the customer, and we would also cover return shipping fees.

Please contact us for a return authorization (RA) number before returning any product, for any reason.
