We have put online a copy of the Navigation Rules with the differences between Inland and International clearly marked and coded. This is part of our online course on the nav rules, but we are making it available to the public.

See Annotated Nav Rules.

Many Thanks to Dan Cline, who did the lion's share of the work on this.

We will later update it with our comments on each of the distinctions.

Please post your comments. This is new and we may need to tweak some of the color coding... ie some parts that are marked yellow (meaning different rules or wording) may eventually be changed to green, meaning different wording but no significant difference in meaning—we of course want to make such changes carefully.
