This publication highlights the differences between US Inland and International rules. We have had this ebook out for many years now, and only recently discovered that we had missed one important difference.
Namely on page 8 of the definitions, section (m) on WIG craft only applies to International waters. It should be marked all blue.
This is actually an important point, because most of the new rules of the road apply only to these vessels. Thanks to Joebigsky for pointing this out.
Any edition of this book after today's date should have this correct. Also note these are all ebooks, and whatever form you have they can be updated. Just go to your original source of the publication and download another copy.
We have also recently highlighted differences in the US and International Annexes. If your copy does not show that, then get the latest. There are several interesting differences there.
