I have followed the troubleshooting tips on your support web site but still get the same error: "Could not execute main setup program". It only appears once I click on the setup button, after I have entered the serial numbers and the product keys. I am using windows 2000.
Other starpath products installed just fine.

i would check that the temp directory is empty. this installer uses the name "setup.exe." we have found that sometimes programs from other companies that did not install properly sometimes leave a "setup.exe" in the temp folder, which then confuses subsequent installations that use this name.
If you can track down what temp directory is being used and either empty it or rename it, that might solve the problem.
in win98 it is typically c:\windows\temp in win2000 it is likely c:\winnt\temp or c:\documents and settings\user name\local settings\temp, which is also what it might be in winXP.
Except for this issue which might interfere with the installation, we do not know of actual conflicts of this program with any Windows operating system other than the configuration issues mentioned in our tech support.
which brings to mind that you may also have the resolution too high for this program. I would try 1024x768 and see if it works and from there work your way up as needed to see the limits, if any.
