Yes, it will. The program cannot be moved from one calculator to another (the KEY is unique to a specific caluclator), but starting from scratch you can install the same SP-89 program into either the regular TI-89 calculator or the new Titanium model.

Note that as the new Titanium models become more popular, you may find more good bargains on a used TI-89. The StarPilot will work just as well on a used TI-89 as it will on a new Titanium.

Note 2. The new TI Titanium costs a bit more, but it does include a PC-TI connectivity kit, which is a $25 value.
