For versions of StarPilot PC prior to April, 2006, there was a bug in the display of the declination values whenever the declination was less than 1° and South, ie if the dec should have shown as -0° 19.2'to indicate South, it would have skipped the - sign. All computations using the declination, however, were correct, just the display was wrong. This could only have been seen in the Precompute mode, since that is the only place that shows what dec and GHA are used.

This has now been fixed.
