We have learned that a user had difficulties obtaining sunrise and sunset times in the iNA app for iPhones. We list here several examples of this computation for various StarPilot products including iNA to show that they do generate the right times. If there are any questions about this computation or how the inputs work, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will go over it with you.

We note that the StarPilot products have a custom way to input angles and times, which is very efficient but could be misinterpreted.

The values marked USNO are those from the printed Nautical Almanac, produced the the Nautical Almanac Office of the US Naval Observatory.
