Yes you can, but not at the same time. You can log in with your username and password from any computer in the world, and from that interact with all of the content and Resources available.
If you plan to view from home and then later from work or another computer, it is best to log out of the home session before leaving. Otherwise there is a time out period that will limit the second login.
Some courses use Starpath software that must be registered to run. This software is typically limited to installations on 3 computers.
