Run Time error on European computers
We have found in some cases that the Regional settings can cause this problem on machines running outside of the US. Go to Control Panel, then Regional Settings (a globe icon), and set the regional settings properties to US English (this will not affect your computer's language). Then open the third tab to the right of this, called "Time"; and make sure that the "Time style:" is h:mm:ss tt.
