In the demo called Nav Problem 2 (cited in Lesson 6.3) there is a range and bearing problem using "Orchard Point." This point happens to have a fixed light just offshore of the point and that is the best target to use, rather than the point itself. It it were a buoy off the point, that would not be as good as the point, but a fixed light that shows up on the radar would be better than the point itself.

The numerical answers for range and bearing use the light values, not the point itself.
