This upgrade includes the new CD and new version 3 serial number. Note that once you have version 3 installed, you can uninstall your older version 2 completely, as this is an all new program which includes an updated, inter-linked copy of version 2 (now called 2a) as well as the new version 3. Upgrades apply to ver 2.0 or newer.
