I was wondering if there was a way to save a comment or note to the "Global Settings" file, or some other area.
I just wanted to add some "reasoning" that I had. I couldn't find anything in the programs Help. - Thanks Joe

I assume you refer to the PC version, in which case the answer is no direct way, but you can do it indirectly, in that when you save the data file for future use, give it a unique name, then created a text file that indexes these file-name.sp file with notes on what they include.
Or group them into folders when you save the data.
in short, all external id... recall too that you can use very long file names these days.

I may have misunderstood your question.
I thought you meant notes or reasoning you had about your own sights....
but Toby tells me that you maybe meant adding more general instructions for others to know about the program in general.
If that is the case, then post them here and we will add to the starpilot support page

PC version. I was wanting to add, directly, notes/memos for my personal use, as to reasoning for some settings that I used or what exactly I was working on.
Kind of like adding comments to programming code (if you do that sort of thing)
I will use Davids suggestion.
Perhaps Starpilot_PC could add an update/feature at some point. I think it may be useful to anyone.
Thanks
