Hello David
I tried using qtVlm to do the running fix and the lat-lon puts me in Oregon. I double checked the lat-lon multiple times and and did the reductions correctly. I'm now going to use the universal plotting sheet. I'm still interested in doing this problem using qtVlm. Would you consider doing a video on this problem?
