Topic: signing into cel nav classroom?

I am a newbie to this course. I obtained all my stuff ie username, password, and am registered yet when I try to sign in to the cel nav classroom for assignments and quizzes it says that I do not have permission to enter this area.
Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong and am I correct that this is where I need to go to work through the home study and online course?
Thanks for any help..it would be appreciated.
