Topic: Hawaii by sextant Problem 7

There is a star sight in Problem 7 with a Declination of 38 degrees. Where do I go to get Hc? Pub 249 only goes to 29 degrees. What am I missing?

Hawaii by Sextant is intended to be worked with Pub 229. That pub is online in full... or all sights could be computed using free online calculations at starpath.com/usno and starpath.com/calc
