On the location of Angeles buoy R "4", If we use the E-Chart 18465, the location of this buoy is not on the E-Chart.

Yes, thanks. That seems to be missing from the particular echart edition we have. I have checked this on the current Light List and thjis buoy is indeed there, as shown on the paper chart. The data are:

16224 - Lighted Buoy 4
48 09 48 N, 123 28 24 W
Fl R 4s 4 Red.

You can add this as a mark on the echart and select the buoy icon, and use this data and then lock its position. This is a good example of using the features of an e-chart... or electronic chart system ECS.

I will put this in the tech support.
