I found R"2" at New Dungeness Spit, but R"4" is not where to be found.
When you extend a course line at 264T for 15.34nm you are in the middle of nothing.
1-6 depends on 1-5

If you do a search this forum on "buoy R4" you will find the answer. For some reason R"4" does not work. However, now i have added the words "1-5" to the pertinent discussion so it is easier to find.
