The Enav comparied to chart nav is almost a different animal.

I am not sure I follow the abbreviations you are using... if the first means doing the chart problems purely by electonic charting and the latter means doing them by paper chart with traditional plotting, then yes. i agree that they are much different, with strong pros and cons for each.

If this is the correct interpretation, then there are a few notes at the bottom of the instructions that appear when installing the training charts that are very valuable. Put in the CD and see Instructions.

I will get a copy of this and post as a topic so we can add to it. there are several other tips not listed there that are very helpful.
