Nav Rules Trainer is a training product and resource on the Navigation Rules. We offer support not only on the program itself, but also on the Rules themselves. If you have a question on the NavRules you are welcome to post it and we will answer it to the best of our ability. The place to post such questions is the Navigation Rules General Discussion forum. Note that you must be logged in with your WebCard to see or post in this forum. Your serial number provides a free WebCard.
The Nav Rules Trainer program, however, also includes the entire database of all other USCG exam questions as well. These are provided as a bonus to the user, but we do not in general provide support on these other topics... at least not as part of the Nav Rules Trainer product.
If you are participating in any of our other training programs or online courses, then you may post navigation questions in the appropriate General Discussion forum and we will do our best to answer them. We have discussion groups on navigation and weather, for example, but we do not have groups on deck safety and other issues covered in the vast set of USCG questions provided.
