The elibra reader is a Windows PC product. We cannot guarantee that it will work on other operating systems, no matter how well emulated, however we do have numerous readers around the world using Parallels or Fusion in a Mac with great success.

The cases where people have had trouble are the same issues sometimes seen on PCs, namely some virus protection or other protection program that they cannot shut off completely during the registration process. Chances are is you uninstall your protection programs before registering an elibra product it will run on the Mac via a PC simulator.

It is valuable to resolve this if you can, because most of our online courses require the use of the elibra reader.

If you are using such a system and do not have access to a PC running windows, then please double check that the elibra reader will run all three of the samples we have on the main elibra page before purchasing elibra products.
