On a second floppy-disk installation of the program or when installing the upgrade, the last disk (#5) was not accepted.
This is normal. The files on disk five are installed into c:\windows\starpath and these are the "engine" of the program that does not change with upgrades. Likewise, you may not have erased these files if you un-installed the program for any reason — although the readme.txt files supplied with the program detail explicitly what files are installed in what directories.

We would recommend an upgrade to the latest version which is on CD. Upgrade price is $49.

A floppy-disk installation process locks up after two or three disks.

This can happen when some screen savers turn on, especially third party versions that have been added to the system after purchase. This can also happen if music is playing on the computer's CD during installation. Best bet is to shut off all programs including screen savers prior to installation.

We recommend an upgrade to the latest version which is on CD. the upgrade price is $49.
