Reformatting a hard drive will not require a new registration KEY. If you have recorded your KEY during the first installation, use the same KEY to unlock the program again.

If you do not have the original KEY, just use the CODE generated (it will be the same as the original one) and use your serial number to register again and you will get the same KEY back that you got originally. This will not count as a new registration. Only when the computer CODE itself is different will you get a different KEY, and that would count as a new registration.
