If a product has already been registered 3 times with the same serial number and 3 different CODEs (3 computers) then the 4th registration will be refused and you will get this same message explaining why.

For further registrations another purchase will be required. Some products may have new versions available that you can upgrade to at a reduced price and thus obtain a new serial number.
