The sun has finally set on NOAA's five-year plan to sunset all their paper charts. See today's official announcement that all paper charts have been discontinued, which includes a link to how we can make our own NOAA Custom Charts (NCC)
... and also note this is the first time ever NOAA has made any reference to the USCG accepting NCC to meet chart carriage requirements. Here is an annotated copy of their announcement, which includes a link to our announcement about the carriage requirements. Starpath was the first to put the new carriage rules into print.
