If this happens, you are most likely entering your username and password incorrectly. When this happens, a pop-up window says as much, but if pop-ups are being blocked by your browser you get a blank screen.

In Safari, you can fix this by going to Preferences > Websites > then allow pop-ups for Starpath.com.

This will not, however, solve the problem that the username or password is incorrect. Please contact helpdesk@starpath.com, and we can remind you what they are and that they are case sensitive.
