Topic: RT2a demo descriptions don't show

We have had a few reports of this occuring with a new install of RT3 and also after installing the updates to the demos used in the online radar course. Note this is part of the RT2a simulator, not part of the main RT3 simulator, which includes this RT2a as a special function.
The symptom is everything works fine, but when you ask to display the demo Description the program shows some error msg then closes.
The solution that has worked on all reported cases so far is to uninstall what ever went in last (update or main program) and then reinstall *after tuning off the virus protection software*.
We do not know how this is happening, but it is somehow related to virus protection software being active during the install.
