Topic: 6. How long does it take to get an answer?

We try to answer all student questions and grade all quizzes within 48 hours, and usually we do so within 24 hr. Often we can attend to these matters on the weekend, but we cannot guarantee that, and hence the 48-hr guideline.
If you do not hear from us after posting a question or submitting a quiz for more than 48hr, then please send an email to [email protected] or call us at 206-783-1414 to let us know.
We have instructors in 4 different time zones, so we are usually on top of the responses, but we have missed one, once in a while.
