I recently bought a copy of "Long Term Almanac 2000-2050" by Geoffrey Kolbe. The introduction points out "the fact that approximately correct values for the position of the Sun and the GHA of Aries may be obtained from an almanac that is exactly four years out of date" My questions is...If I had four Nautical Almanacs, say 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003, would using the daily page information on the Planets and moon be accurate to use as well?

The every 4 years repeat is only for sun and stars. Moon and planet data can only be taken from the actual current almanac.... or from a software program like our Perpetual Almanac.
