Is there somewhere I can print off the form on page 3-16 of the Cel Nav book. I searched your webpage and did not find it. I'm at work and don't have my disk with me to search them. Thanks

(1) In the printed set of materials there is a copy in the booklet of forms that can be copied.
(2) In the electronic copy of the course materials under Misc materials, there is a link to Starpath Workforms that is printable.
(3) In the Online Resources Library under forms and plotting sheets there should be access as well.
it is one of several forms we use in the course.

I again went to the online Resource Libary under Forms and Plotting sheets and did not see on the look just like that on. I will look at the disk when I get home for it.
