I have a Cassens & Plath artificial bubble horizon. Can anyone please tell me what corrections I need to make to the Hs to arrive at the correct Ho? Do I need to apply ie and dip? or do I apply a correction to just the Hs?

Since the bubble horizon is using the Celestial horizon you do not have to apply any dip. Just use the IE and the usual corrections to go from the Hs to Ho.
