I have recently started using H.O. 229 with the Starpath workform. The volumes do not contain a table 5, Correction to Tabulated Altitude for Minutes of Declination. Is this table to be used to with H.O. 229 to enter a value for d in box 5 to correct Hc? Thanks Roger.

The corresponding correction is done differently with 229 and the tables are on the insides of the covers. Use the small inset box in our form. The instructions are in our form packets -- under the section heading d-correction for Pub 229, on page 1, and there is a sample worked out on page 3.

If you can't find them, let me know. thanks --david

I found the instructions. I had overlooked them. I also made progress by wading into the directions/explanation in the Pub 229 volume. Thanks Roger.
