I'm looking at 2.4 #7 It looks like the IC is .2 on. The answer says .4 on. I am seeing the dot arrow and it isn't near center. What am I missing?

The steps of the tics are in 0.2' as below.

Note that most sextants do not have these tic marks labeled (we have added these shown here) so this is always one of the first things we need to check when using a new sextant. Some are in seconds of arc, so in tenths of a minute, some are in two tenths of a minute. The latter may be overall the most common.
