There are several problems where the times are not included in the daily pages tables. Question 1, time is 23 04 00. The table on page 207 starts at 24h?? Is there a watch correction I am missing. Earlier plotting problems also had values outside the tables for increments and corrections. I must be missing something obvious but don't see it. How do I get the dec for poblem 1 with the given time and tables provided?? Thanks.

No problem at all. A great value of the course is knowing you can get help if you need it, so do not hesitate to ask if something is not making sense.
