There will come a day, I hope, when I get one of these right without help. Today is not that day. On Q4, I'm off by just a tenth of a minute, coming in at 37 deg, 45.4' N. The correct answer is 37 deg, 45.5' N. I can't find the error. I have:

Ha 54 deg 40.4'
Alt corr +15.6 = Ho 54 deg 56'
z = 35 deg 04.0'
Dec(hr) = 2 deg 41.3' N
d-value = +1.0, for a d-corr of +0.1
So Dec = 2 deg 41.4' N

z of 35 deg 04.0' + Dec of 2 deg 41.4' = 37 deg 45.4'

How did I come up 0.1' short? I have a second-grader struggling with the "new math" and I'm starting to feel his pain...
