What is the lat/log of Green Point light?

Green Point is not in the Coast Pilot, but in the problem it refereces it as near Dungeness Spit and that is in the Coast Pilot. Ofen we have problems like this to solve underway: find one place relative to another.

Please refer to the Coast Pilot index which is in the Chart Problems book and then in the section of the Coast Pilot given you will find the location of Dungeness Spit and from the context of that question wording you will find Green Point.
