When will the online classes for Inland navagation begin?

We hope this will be online by next month. We just need to make some new quizzes to work for each lesson. For now, we recommend getting any version of our materials and begin work on the syllabus included with it. You can post questions in this forum as you see others doing now. Once the new course is underway, anyone who has taken part in this forum will be given free tuition to the course, which is our way to encourage people to start on the materials...which are, after all, self contined as far as content is concerned. the main role of the online course is to provide instructor support and sequential quizzes.
We do have our nav rules course online now, which would be an excellent supplement to the coastal nav course.
