The stand alone product that is most closely related is our NavRules Trainer. It provides in depth training on the navigation rules, plus it includes a complete searchable set of all questions the USCG have ever asked on any exam. Using it, you can make your self a practice quiz on B2 fire extinguishers if you like, or on all questions related to barge lights, etc.

As for online courses, our course on Navigation rules covers these materials and also gives you access to this same data base for practice.

You can from within any of our courses, however, access and practice with the USCG questions on navigation, and the techniques are covered in our course on inland and coastal navigation.

Just noted that you are signed up for the inland course already. There is a discussion group within that course, which is watched by more instructors and thus usually gets a quicker response.
