I've purchased the Canadian Current Atlas and Washburne Tables. I will be dailing in the San Juans and gulf Islands. I'm now thinking to move ahead and pick up the Canadian Hydrographic Service Tide & Current Tables, Volume 5 to complete the picture (tide tables, slack water & times and velocities of maximum current, etc.). I also note the availability of the NOAA Tide Tables and Tidal Current Tables. Should I go with the NOAA tables, or am I fine with the Canadian set?

Hi Tom, sorry for the delay. Since you are signed up for the inland and coastal online course, it is best to post your questions there for the quickest response. I will move this there and it will be answered promptly. --david
