Topic: Cannot load training chart 18465TR in OpenCPN

Can you pleas provide a PDF copy of the training chart 18465TR while I try to troubleshoot OpenCPN?
I followed instructions for downloading and installing. mapped directory on c drive to unzipped folder location for charts. OpenCPN won't populate the chart anywhere. I open directly from the file and still not displaying.

First, may i ask if you have seen our video on how to load the charts? That is a step by step presentation. in our new opencpn playlist at www.starpath.com/videos
We do not have a pdf but i believe noaa has several versions of this chart and all other training charts on their webpage... Google NOAA historical charts to get to the right place.
