Greetings. Quick question... question 2-15 in the workbook asks for Lat/Lon of Buoy PA (Strait of Juan De Fuca chart). Reading from the chart it is 48-12.4'N 123-27.7'W. Looking at the LL #16222 (2021), the position of Buoy PA is 48-12-57.312N 123-28-41.172W.

So it appears that the buoy has been moved, correct?

We have to always use our own training chart and our own light list in the workbook for any quiz or practice exercises.

With that said, if the old chart has it one place and the new chart another place, then that is the reasonable assumption that it has been moved. You will also find somethings gone, and somethings new.

Just realized that you are signed up in the coastal nav course, so we have moved this question there for further discussion.
