When considering a bibliography on radar, as mariners we might think of two categories, one having to do with the use of radar at sea, and we will be working on such a list ourselves in the near future, and another might be on the technical aspects of radar.
The latter is a big field because radar is crucial to aircraft, meteorology, and military applications, as well as to commercial and recreational maritime applications. But a very good starting point for technical books on common aspects of radar can be found in the "Artech House Radar Library Series."
One way to view the series is to Google search on the series title, and then select the first link to a title at Barnes and Noble. They appear to carry much of the series and present them in a convenient form. (Surprisingly, it is not so easy to go directly to Artech House or Barnes and Nobel and get the list.)
McGraw-Hill is also a frequent publisher of technical books on radar.
