Is there any functionality within version 3.0 to change radar pulse length?
My thoughts would be to use this to demonstrate the affect of changing pulse length on target detection and range discrimination.

The short answer is no. There are hidden variables that can be used to change the pip size and one of these does act more or less like changing the pulse length, but it was not intended for that purpose. It could be that on certain ranges and on certain targets it would behave as desired, but on others it would not.
