Hello quick question, I get the correct true course but the distance is one mile off (I get 14.8 miles, see the enclosed LOP). I think the issue is that I am using an ENC chart with the most updated information? I used Brenton Reef light coordinates from the Light List.
On the RNC version of the 1210TR it seems there are an additional light/horn located one mile east of Brenton Reef light.
Is my assumption correct or my results are incorrect.
Thanks
Jorge

The workbook uses the 1210TR and there are *very* many changes in the modern chart of that region. Please check your answer with the chart we are using.
Also, please note we do not use that chart in the radar course... or in fact in any of our courses. We do have a workbook of practice problems using that chart.

Thanks again!

Very good. But may i note again, that these posts are showing up here in the Radar Discussion Forum. It would seem these belong more in the Coastal Nav forum where we do discuss this chart. If you agree, we can move these there.
