To load a specific question number

To load a specific question number you must know the number of the question assigned to it by the USCG. There may be say 1200 questions in a database, but they are not numbered sequentially 1 to 1200. This same database may have questions numbered much higher than 1200, and so forth. Nevertheless, each question number is unique, which means it can be used to find it later if needed or for communications with the school for discussion.
