This is an error message that might show up on some systems when you first make a new user in Weather Trainer version 2.7, which is the version that is downloaded, not the one on the CD.
When this occurs, just close Weather Trainer and reopen and your new user will be available and all should work properly.
(Ver 2.7 is identical to ver 2.6 except that 2.7 has been modified to work with the Danish and German versions of Windows, which 2.6 will not do. When making that modification we somehow introduced this bug.)
