Topic: Restarting Weather Trainer is intermittent

We have had a report that Weather Trainer will sometimes not come back on once it is shut off, unless one reboots the computer.
This can likely be traced to conflicts with shared resources that do not get released properly when you "shut off" the weather trainer.
There are numerous ways to quit the program, and generally it should not matter how you do it, but if you have this problem, then it will likely go away if you close the program with the File / Exit Weather Trainer Option, rather than just clicking an x to close a window.
