The world magnetic model was updated in 2020, which means your StarPilot will not compute variation for 2020 until you update it to the latest version 2.08, dated march 23, 2020. We do not offer tech support on this process but there are detailed instructions and videos online at starpilotLLC.com.

If you would like us to do this for you, then send the calculator to starpath, 3050 NW 63rd St, Seattle, WA 98107 insured for $379 and we will install it for you for a charge of $25 + return shipping.

In the meantime, if you need the latest variation at any location just enter 2019 for the year. The difference will rarely be more than a tenth or two of a degree for the next year or so.
