I psted question in chat and realize that I quess
I should have posted it here. I seem to have a MAJOR problem in the calculation of the measurement of the degrees and interpolating the degrees on the map. I have looked all over I believe and cannot seem to find any detailed explanation in the interpolation and calculation of wind direction. Please advise me as to where to find a detailed step by step procedure so I can re take test and move forward.

Yes, that is right. Here is the correct place.

We have many extra practice exercises and notes on this topic. Most can be found by searching this topic on "wind from isobars"

Please have a look at those options to see if it helps and then check back in.
