I believe we have at least 3 students in the weather course from AU or NZ at the moment, but i am not sure about who is active at the moment.

What i want to say to everyone in the course is that we are following and providing weather updates for a rower on his way to Cairns from Seattle, where he started in July. He is just about to cross into the southern hemisphere on the tail end of the tropical storm season.

We have prepared several neat ways to monitor weather and seas and currents at this location and you can follow along with the links at this blog:

https://jacob-adoram-track.blogspot.com/2019/01/tracking-jacob-adoram.html

there are several notes there including an index to parameters covered.

So we all look forward to this live interaction with weather in the southern hemisphere.
